In this workshop one will learn how to create a mold of a face (mask) in water-base clay that has no expression. The object is to change that stoic face into one of the seven basic expressions; Anger, Disgust, Fear, Joy, Rage, Sadness or Surprise. A casting of each emotion is on display at the studio and a detailed description of the muscle movement that creates the expression will be provided.
