Many people take great comfort in say, the kitchen being the same color as the dishes, coffee maker, and counter tops. It is a means of connection and a sense of order. This sense of order, in whatever form it takes, acts as a screen to portray all that is vulnerable in our chaotic world.

My work is an exploration of different figures this screen takes, and the imagination that goes beyond the tools that formed them. Altering, carving, questioning and capturing all attitudes, fears and unwritten rules which has formed our environment and our behavior is what I, as a sculptor, try to portray.
